Prae in the kids club was very nice. She planned many activities with my baby like fun drawing. The beach is close. The sand is soft. Crabs abound there

i noticed the coffee in my room was quite basic. the tray to prevent spills was also absent. this caused coffee granules to scatter across the counter.

Lovely Stay with Great Service

efficient staff room cleanliness

I was greeted with such warmth and efficiency (it really set the tone for my entire stay!). I noticed a billboard and the valet service immediately handled my car. The front desk staff was very cute, offered a refreshing drink, and explained the facilities clearly. I really appreciated the room's cleanliness and good views.

I found that the sunbeds near the pool were placed very close together. This arrangement created a lack of privacy. I think that adding more space between the sunbeds would significantly improve the guest experience.

The staff always greeted me by name, excellent and cute. The team at the front restaurant was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. This personalized service.

The happy hour promotions by the pool provided a perfect way to relax in the afternoons. I participated in the morning activities, like yoga and Thai boxing, a lot of fun. The pool was fantastic and well-kept.

The housekeeping team cleaned the room meticulously each day, even leaving thoughtful notes on leaves. I really enjoyed the balcony. The room was also equipped with comfortable amenities.

overrated and overpriced

mildew smell long check-in

Honestly, i expected more. the check-in took forever. I waited almost an hour. then, my room, a beautiful garden balcony 1 king, smelled so strongly of mildew. i'm not exaggerating when i say the mildew smell was horrible. the mildew was not something i expected to experience.

the Garden room was maintained beautifully. it was peaceful. the pool area is spacious and clean.

the hotel is not very couple friendly. the majority staying here are families. there are screaming children all around.
